Dreamyourtopia Berlin
Checkpoint Dreamyourtopia - a border control checkpoint to enter your own Dreams.
It could be experienced first in the Nevada desert at the Burning Man Festival, then visitors could experience it in Dallas, Texas, where I was an artist in residence at the university, after which the checkpoint crossed borders itself and was shipped to Berlin, where we rebuilt it in Stattbad Weding and then smashed the Walls dividing Dreams and Reality with sledgehammers and chainsaws exactly twenty years after the Berlin Wall came down. (http://www.dreamyourtopia.com) Before it's destruction it was covered in graffiti as a symbolic form of protest against the totalitarian dream regime by several street artists, such as Mymo, Irgh, Vectorian, Ripo and the Vage Gasten collective.
