24Hourtopia 24 hours on the 21st of February

On the 22nd of November 2014 we created a clock that brought together QualityTime and QuantityTime. The numbers ticked away to the merciless rhythm of the time, while life itself moved with the flow of its own rhythm. A 24-hour movie which was recorded in one take and itself also became a clock, featuring all elements of night and day: sleeping, eating, partying, working, getting up.

All was recorded in one take in the Volkshotel in Amsterdam. And actually because of some hardware problems in the beginning we had to start all over again after the first four hours, so in a way 24Hourtopia became 28Hourtopia……

And this coming Saturday the 24 hour movie will be shown for the very first Time! From 1 PM Saturday the 21st of February till the next day 1 PM. Dj's will provide a continuous 24 hour soundtrack for the clock in the Doka at the Volkshotel in Amsterdam.
