Amsterdam Beach on Zandvoort Beach

Turning an empty ocean into luxury real estate.

One thousand high-end condos with sea view will be realized by the end of 2030.

I guess this sounds like every rich greedy bastard's wet dream (pun intended) 💰

Billboard is 1,5 x 3 meters

Cool extra layer added to the project was that the local newspaper De Zandvoortse Courant published a spread looking like an advertisement for Amsterdam Beach. Lots of people were actually worried that this might really happen or that people were scammed and might lose their money...😅

Zandvoorter Courant also published an article about the project and I love that their local cartoonist also made a cartoon about my project!
